What is (are) the differences between 1 and 2nd Generation parts with regards to Dimple connecting rods and pushrods??  Is one better n' the other??

Dimple rods are in 2 bolt size.....3/8-------7/16

Any idea on the 1st vs 2nd Generation pushrods - were they both 7/16ths?
