Title: Finding the cars on the orphan list

Vehicles that have been registered within the last 7 years should be in MVD's records. Is there no way to find out if the car for orphans listed still exist?....Joe

No. Not in all 50 states.
And the DMV records are for cars that are registered. Lots of cars out there with no registration on them, just titles.
