Got a call today from the guy I bought my son's car from and he said he had a 12 bolt that he believes to be out of a 70 Z/28, it is about 1/4-3/8 of an inch wider than a 69 rear. He offered it to me for $600. It is complete except shoes and drums and has no spring perches. I have several questions, it that a decent deal? is it out of a 70? does the 70 carry any premium since it is a one year production unit?
