Does this CE stamp look correct or like a re-stamp?

Yes.  It would be nice to see a better angle of the pad though.

Don't really need it.  I just wanted to see the broach marks.  I'm not an expert, but it looks like my CE stamp and I don't know who would want to restamp a CE engine.
