Are there any documented 1967 Z/28 engines blocks without the partial VIN on them? Here's why I ask...

Seller (crm302) states...
"1967 Chevrolet Z/28 engine block, crankshaft, pistons. Stamping on front pad is V0320M0 with correct casting number for 1967 of 3892657. There is no VIN derivitive stamped on the front pad. This engine originally came in Steve Elfenbein's 1967 Z/28 SCCA race car. My father wrenched on this car, and replaced it in 1969 with a 4 bolt main DZ 302. This engine is standard bore with its original pistons, and was raced only for 2 seasons. There were only 602 Z28's manufactured in 1967. Engine has no heads, only comes as you see in the pictures, and needs to be rebuilt.. Contact Scott at 973-366-3877. FOR LOCAL PICK UP ONLY OR SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBLITY OF THE BUYER."

What I can say is I have never seen an original '67 Z with original engine that did not have the vin stamp on the deck.
