I need a correct antenna cable grommet for the cowl, anyone know where I can obtain one? ???
i have a 67 firebird shell sitting outside under a snow pile it has a rear antena, so maybe it has a gromet? if you have some time i can look when the snow melts?
Snow in Eastern SD? I can't believe it. It'll be gone by May, don't worry.
god i hope so!!!
the rear antenna cars dont have the cowl grommet, I have a front antenna car and the grommet is on the pass cowl and the cable goes thru the grommet.
So SD must not be for San Diego... :)
That grommet was part of the antenna cable from the cable supplier - it wasn't available separately.
Thanks John,so I need a cable with the grommet.Does the grommet come off the cable?
i assumed he ment a antenna delete grommet. sorry guys.

No, He lives somewhat close to where my grandparents lived and I spent lots of time playing in the snow (that drifted up onto the top of the house).
just north of sioux falls, to be exact dell rapids. i came home to se my kid jumping off the second story balcony more than once. heck we used to play king of the mountain on the garage when i was a kid. fun for kids but i am getting sick of this white stuff.

Not without destroying the cable (or slitting the grommet).
