Okay-
So I have a 69 Radio and harness and recently found a 71 am/fm stereo with no radio plug-
1st-Where can I obtain the correct radio plug?
2nd-How do I wire it to the 71 radio using the 69 harness?

Any wiring harness from a 70+ GM car should be able to donate the plug. You'll just have to splice it or somehow connect it to your 69 harness. Shouldn't be hard.
