Take a look at the window sticker on the Orange COPO for sale at Mecum. If you scroll down there is a picture of it.
http://www.mecum.com/pdf/brochures/3_Fearsome_First_Camaros.PDF
It lists the N66 "Sports wheels". Is this a real window sticker ? Would these be correct for a Jan. VIN ?
I know these wheels have been a subject of debate on 1969 Camaros. Would this be the first known documentation if the sticker is real ?
Interested in everybody's opionion.
Thanks
Billy
N66 wheels are doucumented on other early production 1969 Camaro SS.
The "window sticker" for the COPO as described in the ad is at least a "DX" [dealer exchange] hand-typed reproduction. Dealers were able to do that in those days. Some of the re-distributed ZL-1s got one also.
If Courtesy did order it why they had to do that is a good question.
If I am seeing correctly, no sport wheel on it now right?

N66 were the Chevelle SS wheels, optional on Camaro SS Sept-Dec '68.
Thanks William,
That explains it. I didn't know what they meant by the "Typed" window sticker.
