Title: 1969 Camaro help

Alright......... Im currently looking at a 69 Camaro. The owner claims its a Z/28. How do I check? Now comes the hard part........... The car has been stripped of tags and has no engine or transmission.  Its a big project. Only $1000

front disc brakes.
4 leaf rear springs
tail pipe adapter plate in left rear wheelwell
muncie speedometer cable penetration above throttle rod at front edge of transmission tunnel
12 bolt rear axle (usually a 3.73:1 ratio BU coded axle)
rear bumper guards.
single fuel line
15" wheels

 Without pictures this is a hard call.  Does it have a rear end?
Is this the same car question posted on camaro5. 
I would be very leary of it with all tags missing including the VIN tag.

Yes its posted on Camaro5 and yes I said for brother because it is. Also it has rear end and I can get a Rally yellow ss350 cowl tag and vin for another $950
