Title: Muncie VIN decode

Can someone please decode this code on a Muncie 660 case I have. I belive it a Buick VIN. 40H116507

The Muncie plant stamp is POK25B.

That's an M-21, built July 25, originally installed in a 1970 Buick "A"-body built at the Buick home plant in Flint.
