Are there any differences at the jack, standplate and hook
if you have Space-Saver Spare?

Not for lifting, but for the location in the trunk.

For the '69 Camaro, the N65 space-saver spare option used the same jack, base, and tie-down J-bolt as regular production - the jack was just positioned differently; see the N65 sheet in the Assembly Manual.
