Would a manuf date of 2-13 make sense on 15 x 7 AD wheels. When did YH wheels replace them in production?

The initial 69 Z28 wheel was coded AD. The YH wheel was produced starting mid-December 68 and had minor modifications to increase clearance for the JL8 brake components.
