I have a 68 RS Convert and the jack appear to be mostly grey but also has some blue on it. What is the correct color paint for the jack and the base

Mine is black, but I'm sure it is not original. I've also seen some gray 68s.
There is the possibility that both were used.
don't laugh. home depot carries rustoleum proffesionalenamel #7581 lt machine gray. closest to the original. you will be satisfied if you can find it.
