hello all

i have to replace my new door shield on my 67 convertible with deluxe interior.
i would like to know if the brackets for the armrest of the deluxe door panels must be placed under ( nedd to make an open in the shield)
or above ( only the screws need open) the shields???

If I'm understanding your question correctly, the brackets go over the water shield and only the screws penetrate it and make holes.
