Title: engine origin
Post by: 69houdini on March 30, 2008, 01:20:22 PM
 Hi Guys,
I took delivery of my 69 SS Convertible Camaro and was told by the seller that the motor was assembled in Tonawanda. Is there some significance to this. The engine # does start with a T and the build date is correct. This is a # matching car. I was just curios about the significance if any.       Thanks.

Tonowanda and Flint both built the engines for Camaro's... it is just where it was built...
