I  noticed that the block has 2 bolt main caps.

Which is correct for a 1967 or 1968 Z28.

That block is for a 1968 application, 1967 is cast #3892657 and is a small journal 2 bolt main block.

The block is V0824MO and it doesn't have a VIN. 
I'm not sure about this one.....
