Post by: hihorse on December 30, 2007, 10:09:44 AM
Would a 1969 L78 Camaro come with smog equipment if it was exported to Toronto, Canada?

Yes. Canadian cars were identical in all respects to U.S.-sold cars except for a Canadian oil change recommendation sticker on the passenger side inner fender, GM of Canada Owner's Manual, and bi-lingual warranty folder.

Thanks, Got confused when I saw the AIM  page 268 that mentions 'LESS AIR INJECTION (EXPORT)'

Canada wasn't generally considered export.

In 68, AIR was deleted for Canada, but not in 69.
