Title: Does this stamp on the YH wheel look real?

Does the stamped date of 3 27 look real or fake?  I have never seen a YH date stamp where the month character is larger font then the day characters?

Is 3 27 a good date? I've never herd of the date 3 27.

Any other thoughts on this stamp?

Actually the YH looks good. I think the 27 is good. I cant make out the month,but it is bogus.  K19 10 27 is a real date. I have had a few of them.I believe they were 70 Monte Carlo wheels most likely,since its a date that comes up very often. I have had Jan , feb , april, may, aug, sept,oct 69 YH wheels.Ive never seen a March, June,July YH.

This is from my experience.I dont claim it as gospel.

There are other stampings on this wheel but the YH and the date look real.  Have no clue what happened here.

Does the month on this wheel  look right to you Jerry? Are there March, June or July 69 YH wheels? Im sure you know.

I dont have any at the moment. I come across them once in a while. Here is how I find them. Look at a 1000 15X7 rallys.999 will be FW monte carlo wheels and 1 might be  a YH.Good luck!!!!!!!! ;D

Buddy,

I have one wheel. I guess I was lucky with 1 in 1,000 odds.  ;D The stamps is K19 10  (valve stem)  27 YH. I know you are looking for April but if you don't find what you want and this one will work contact me.

Buddy, I have three April YH wheels, if you are interested; one of them is stamped K 1 9 4 21 YH, another is K 1 9 valve stem hole 21 YH (I acquired it together with the previous one, so I will bet it is also an April); the third wheel is K 1 9 4 19 YH.  Tex Timberlake
