Title: U35 console mounted clock
Post by: Claus on September 07, 2007, 12:51:04 AM
Does the "guts" from the gauge pod clock in a 67 fit the single U35 clock?

Is the U35 "electric clock" cup the same for floor mounted and console mounted?

I found a clock that seller says is a floor mounted clock and as you can see below I "desperately" need to replace the "thing" on my Yutivo Camaro console.

Claus, the clocks are different between the floor mounted and the console gauge version. Also different between 67 and 68. Here's the breakdown:

1967 floor mounted (without gauges) - 987035
1967 floor mounted (with gauges) - 3901613
1968 floor mounted (without gauges) - 3921410

That being said, I have no idea if any of these interchange into the "non-gauge" clock pod you have.

Thanks a lot Ed, I have asked seller for a part number.
I am sure its a floor mounted clock without gauges, see picture.

67 or 68?

That looks to be a 68 floor mounted clock (without gauges). The 67 didn't have the center circle.

Thanks again Ed.
I might settle for this 68 clock, its hard to find them.

So I take it this is a 67 clock:

Correct, but I'm not sure if that's the guage clock or the non-gauge.

I am "suspecting" its a gauge clock, wonder if it will fit in the U35 cup.
