Title: 1968 Speaker Delete Cardboard
Post by: stovebolt on August 03, 2007, 07:44:41 AM
A while back there was a discussion of this subject. While removing my heater control panel to repair a broken defroster lever, I had easy access to the speaker delete cardboard so I removed it to photograph it, as it is a rare piece. Of course I put it back. Joe.

Yes. I'm the second owner and have owned the car for 19 years. It's an original radio delete car which has never been molested.

Have the same original cardborad piece in the Old Reliable Z28.  Also still had the rubber grommet in the door jam hole,

I doubt that's the original tape, fwiw. 3 pieces of tape and colors that weren't in the plant?
Looks like it started to fall down and someone used what they had handy in the garage.
