Title: Location of door jam decals
Post by: Smartin72! on October 08, 2026, 10:46:59 PM
Hey all, does anyone have any photos of what decals are supposed to go on the driver and passenger door jams for a 69 Camaro and the correct placement?

Tire Pressure decal?
Blue "GM" decal go on there?
Blue door jam vehicle ID?
Dealer Service door jam tag?

The tire pressure decal goes in different places depending on the date your car left the factory. The blue Federal decal was used after September 1st 1969. The "GM" goes nowhere on a 1969. The silver door in the picture was May 1969. The yellow door is August 1969. It was built 3 days too early to have the blue federal decal but if it had that decal, it would've been between those 2 ribs...Joe
