Title: Hood Hinge Rebuilds

Can't remember who it was that restores hingers and installs new rivets?  Can anyone help here.

185 in 2017 (Std rivets) & replace a link.

Since I phosphate at home DIY style. Pallmetto Zinc phosphate in a stainless steel heated ultrasonic sink.

Willie has done dozens of door and hood hinges for me of all makes and models. Excellent work. Prices are listed on his site but call for an estimate. Condition of parts, customer requirements and specifications will affect labor cost. He's very busy so don't demand them immediately. Two of the other shops doing hinge restorations are retired and dead.

He did mine a number of years ago for my 69 and extremely pleased.

Jerry - Yes, I used Roland Hall as well in the LA area to rebuild both my '69Z and '69 Chevelle hinges.  He date stamps the rivets with the circular rings.  The rebuild/restoration looks very good.  Hans

Sorry to hear the news.  I chatted with Roland over the phone a few times.  Quite the engineer and machinist.
