Title: Holes in Trunk Pan for 1969 RS reverse lights/license plate light
Post by: hdptsr on April 18, 2026, 12:52:28 AM
Hello,
I had to replace the trunk pan in my car.  Can anyone help me with a diagram where to drill the correct holes for the reverse lights in a 1969 RS Camaro?  Also the hole for the license plate light.  Thanks for your help

Thanks Kurt!  Do you know what size hole the RS penetration would be?

These templates are readily available from multiple sources .........

Not recommending this - simply showing as one of many examples.

Templates show the rear reverse tail light cut out but not the holes in the trunk pan for the wires to pass through from the tail light to the reverse lights
