Title: Windshield Reveal Molding Clips (convertible)
Post by: JohnDS on December 22, 2025, 10:09:33 AM
I've been trying to determine which style clips were used by the factory for Windshield Reveal Moldings ('68-'69 F-body convertible only. Have not been able to find much in the forums other than discussions about coupe and vinyl top applications. Would greatly appreciate reference pix of original clips. In my 3/69 Pontiac MPC (for Firebird), there are (2) different clips:

- Windshield Upper Molding (4474354) - square shape
- Windshield Side Molding (7693140) - rectangle shape

According to Heartbeat City, there was only ONE style used for upper and sides on a conv.
There repro part, GLS-1098.

Thanks very much!

John

All of the verts I took apart have been the square kind.  Rectangular clips were coupes in my experience.
