Title: Throttle cable in 1967 model year?

Do any of you have a 1967 Camaro with 6 cylinder and a throttle cable? I have always been under the impression that the cable was not used until 1968.

B, The final AIM page from 4/6/67 only shows the rod. Looks like it was going to implemented, but cancel culture got to it. Interestingly enough, the cable never had an attached part number.

10-4 that's what I found and it's my experience. Never saw a cable on a 67.
