I'm trying to help a friend with his 1969 convertible. He has a broken screw/bolt at the pivot near what would be a roof rail on a coupe. I can't find any drawings for the top in the parts books I have. I came up with a possible part number of 4412920 but it's hex. All the hardware on his car, & 3 other I looks at, were large slotted...kind of like a licence plate screw. Can anybody help me with a part number for the correct screw/bolt? I usually don't have this much problem with parts. Thank you, Joe
These? https://www.heartbeatcitycamaro.com/27692/1967-1968-1969-Camaro-%26-Firebird-Convertible-Power-Top-Cyl-%26-Pivot-Bracket-Pilot-Bolts/
Thank you. They don't have any floating washers plus they're straight blade, not hex.....Joe
This one? Sorry for bad pic.
This diagram may help show which one you need. Maybe the one in view D?
The pic I posted above is from view D. I also don't see those available anywhere. Maybe you could find some used.
