Post by: hdptsr on February 18, 2025, 11:03:13 PM
Does anyone have a template for the mounting of the AC Vacuum reservoir canister on the drivers side cowl of the firewall?

I don't think they were exact on where it was mounted, unless there were dimples in the cowl to mark where to drill.  Looks like it generally straddles the "X" stamp.  The 67 AIM doesn't show any specific measurements for drilling holes.  This is from an 11B 67 LOS car.

what hose goes on the bigger port of the AC vacuum canister?  Is it the vacuum Source or the AC controls?

Thanks Joe, I was looking at the assembly manual and it calls for a 9428471 screw to mount the tank, but cannot find it anywhere on the internet.  Do you have a pic of the proper screw?
