My shipper invoice reads parchment vinyl top. All I find are white ones. What is correct one.
The only people I found with parchment is SMS Fabrics in Canby Oregon. Their specs are wrong also so if you need the correct specs, let me know. The top is more money also but they used NOS materials. Well worth the extra money...Joe
Thanks Joe. What are the specs. Thanks again
Here's a picture of the roof....Joe
Thank you
Don't know of any top manufacturer that can give you the correct seem . Have talked to SMS Fabrics and they can't do it. Legends judging allows for the incorrect seem position.

SMS does do them with the correct seams if you provide them with the measurements. I know of at least 3, including mine that came from there. Even made with original, NOS material. They have them made by an independent contractor....Joe
Talked to them yesterday. Maybe I talked to the wrong person. Had a top made by them and they didn't seem interested in helping me out.
^^ Exactly what Happened to Me for the 'Gilmore' Black V Top, the Lady at SMS was NOT helpful, even when I presented Joes Invoice Sample to build to, She emphatically insisted "THEY- SMS Build to Factory drawings. I just Gave up, I sure do like the Material and my Installed complimented their quality of construction.
Doug is the owner. Maybe give him a call. SMS factory specs are wrong. Kee top told me their's are to factory specs. They're not close but a good quality...Joe
My 68 was also more of a parchment rather than white. It was the original top and had to come off due to rust issues. Car is at paint now but I will be needing a new top.
Do we know if: There was a parchment (off white) vinyl top for 68? Has anyone had this company build a top for a 68 and was it correct?
Craig.
