Title: Caveat Emptor...scam?

This car was listed online March 2018 under a slightly different VIN. The VIN listed is obviously not possible.

I thought I had the VIN coding figured out. But I guess not. Why is that VIN not possible?

Van Nuys built 31,163 1969 Camaros. Last one would have been 12xx79L531163.

Ahh, I see it now. I thought about the number being to high, but when I looked at production numbers I only looked at the total number, not by location. Still learning. Thanks

Yea, thanks Dave. I knew where they were/are. It just never dawned on me to get the numbers on each plant.
