Pad is legit IMHO.  Looks like it was out of a Yenko (still a COPO but you get what I'm saying) if he will confirm the vin or add a photo of said vin.

 Looks like 12379N614804 if it is... The car is still around and sold at Mecum Indy May 2016. Vince

Andy the caretaker of the Yenko is working with the seller to get the engine reunited with the car.

I fail to see where the owner thinks he has so much leverage. Only one potential buyer.  :-\
