A pretty cool car from France. I don't see a close up of the trim tag, but they did provide the France inspection plate :https://classiccars.com/listings/view/1448112/1969-chevrolet-camaro-z28-for-sale-in-orange-california-92867?fbclid=IwAR0fdDsukz81asc_p5DxmiYIuIP8j6fj_2UgYTQKXL91YJ8ND3EhY9R5MlU
VIN:124379N684801
Pretty cool history if legit.
Sold new in KS, went to France and Spain. Came back in 2005. So the French tag was added mid-life.
I was hoping you would chime in about that France tag. I wonder how legit it is, or if it was added to up value or added to make it look more authentic.
This 69 Z/28 with the French General Motors tag on the firewall is legit. I'm the owner. It is a numbers matching car. This sold in Kansas initially and then was exported to France. Came Back to US in 2005. The tail lights lenses and buckets were modified for France laws. I kept these but restored car tail lights and wiring back to original.
Thanks and welcome. Do you have any pictures to share or even just a list of options and colors?
Who exported it - military, diplomat, etc? Do you know when it was exported?
btw, I don't question the tag or the car.
