1969 Z28 302 motor in Ontario Canada (Kingston area) V1014DZ   3970010 original bore (no pits or marks), original crank, cam, balancer, flywheel, pushrods ect.

Look on the side of the block above the oil filter and see if you can discern the VIN. HERE'S (http://www.camaros.org/images/pages/decoding/1969_V8engine_alt_stamp_location.jpg) where to look.

looks like a partial VIN of 19N644944

So does the CRG have a 124379N644944 in the database?

That's just an "example" picture posted by Todd, and no, that VIN isn't in the DB.

Sorry for the confusion guys. I posted to show exactly where to look and what the font looks like. Yes I think mine has been in the DB for awhile. It's 642944.

We have one in the database dated VERY late March, 1969.
