Title: Cowl Tag - is this a reproduction?

Looking at a very nice 69 L78 but this cowl tag has me spooked.  What are your thoughts, font for the 9 got my attention.  And the rivets don't looked crimped, correct?

What are the two errors? 

Too bad it's a really nice older Jack Farland restoration.

Dusk Blue with Blue Deluxe interior would be a highly desirable color combo.
