4 riveted wheels all coded the same
left of stem: K 17, right of stem 7 LC
inner rim 15X6, JK and K-1-7

does anyone know what these could be for.

I don't know what they are for, but riveted wheels were usually for heavy duty use; taxi, police and other possibilities. Are they rally wheels?

I don't have access to mine, but try looking in Alan Colvin's "Chevrolet by the numbers" 1965-1969 if you can. They may be listed there.
