Print Page - head stampings?

looking at some 186 heads but see stamps on fronts and backs.
some numbers with letters SS and one seems to be SAXER.
any ideas on these dec 68 casts
besides being 2.02s, would they be appropriate markings for a z28

Those are probably the machinist that rebuilt the heads. They weren't there from the factory.
