Gardner Exhaust has the most technically correct exhaust for these cars and it's the only system allowed for concours judging.

Does that mean they won't judge an original GM exhaust?

An original exhaust system would certainly be allowed in Legends. Would most likely be seen in the survivor class. If in restored concours then it would earn "Bonus" points.  This would offset some of the condition problems.
