Title: 1969 L78 3959164-GE Holley date code

Picked up this carburetor body the other day in the wild and actually need it for the 1969 L78 I'm building. It has an interesting date code on it of: 1A3. Wondering if this was potentially an error? Having trouble finding another GE carb with this date. Thanks!

1A3 = 3rd week of November, 1971. It's a service replacement.
