Can anyone tell me if the area by the wiper motor arms under the Cowl was left painted white or was painted Huger Orange to match the stripe. I have seen it both ways. Mine is painted orange but looks like it was done with a brush.

There was some variation. This is a Z10 and thus depicts how it was done 4th week April-1st week May at Norwood.
