Title: emergency brake ?

were parking brake parts the same on rear disc and drum cars?

I don't think so. 

Check out this site if you need JL8 parts.  I have not done business with them so I can not give you any feedback.

The part you have shown is for a disc brake rear and it is totally different than a drum brake rear.
