Yes! I hear those are quite rare! I requested pics and more info. Person posting doesn't strike me as a "car guy"
The description sounds like it's for an LS powered vehicle.

You're right, must be a scam to get email addresses they can sell. Or lure you somewhere to steal your money or worse...Too similar...

These photo's are from Ideal Classic Car ad -

This car was restored by Lucas & has been judged at the Camaro Nationals - asking just north of $100k.
Jeeze-O-Pete! You can't trust anybody!
The $30k 68Z was on CL in multiple locations - I just wonder what the advertiser's angle is?
Usually when you call those and want to view the car you get some story about how the car is at some port in a container ready for shipment or some garbage like that. That's been my experience anyway, and that response is when I just walk away from it.

It could be as simple as if you sound excited and want to buy he wants $1500-$2000 as a good faith gesture.
I had one scumbag that claimed to be a LtCol in the Corps. I strung them along for quite a while and wasted a bunch of their time. They claimed they had a John Deere tractor at some fictitious base. It was all crated up and ready to go because they were pcs'ing...
