Was it possible to get "factory" magnum 500 rallye rims on 1969 Camaro's? Were they only available on 396 SS cars?

According to past posts on different forums, the N66 option was only available on the 69 up until Dec 68-Jan 69 and that's it. For some reason it was discontinued.
