Starter is 1107320, if A.T.*

Water pump is 3782608 (casting number).

I'm fairly sure the water pump is 3782608.  A common pump, used over many years for SBC applications.

I think the starter was 1107320 and changed to 1107496 mid-year.

Going by the 67 AIM and the 10/67 P&A, I'd say you are right, Kurt.

Welcome, Lakeview! It's good to have another "Lake" person on the site.

I'm going by data, which confirms the usage.
So depends on his build date.

Does the usage data give a definitive build date change?

That's a pretty late build, so I'd go with the 1107496 Starter, 1100693 Alternator, 3782608 W. Pump.
