Title: 1967 L48 Flywheel/flexplate size
Post by: myblue67 on November 01, 2013, 08:24:35 PM
Bought an original/virgin 1967 L48 engine. It has a 163 tooth flywheel. Was this the original size and if so where do you find a torque convertor cover that fits over top?

Do you mean an under pan/inspection cover for a power glide with the 168 tooth flex plate?

67 l48's came with an 11" clutch. Should be a 621 bell housing.
