Title: 69 tilt column

How many positions does a 69 column have and how many did it change to and when?

The 69 tilt has three positoins. I am not sure what it changed to and when.

Also what is the shift arm supposed the be straight or bent and is there a difference from auto to manual. Im looking for an auto column.
