Saw a Z with LH manifold # 3933041 or 3939041. I know this is not correct but can anyone ID this part and which motor/car it belongs to?

I think you mean 3989041, which is a 71-74 small block application used in various Chevrolet models and engines (307, 350 and 400).

Those numbers maybe correct. It is hard to read the numbers in the photos but it sure is not correct for a 69Z.
