Title: PVC hose support

Did the L34/35 engine option come with a PVC metal support attached to the left front intake manifold fastener for the 69 model?

No, that clip (P/N 3846117) was only used on the L78 (or L78/L89), and only because of the location of the vacuum port on the Holley carb.
