1st post here.
I've read that build sheets in '67 Norwood cars is rare. But if I was going to take the time to start pulling things apart on my car where would be the best place(s) to start?
It's a 327 convertible with original seats/covers, door panels and carpet.
Thanks in advance.
Look under the back seat. You'll pull it anyway.
I should have noted that I've already had the back seat out (top and bottom) as well as both rear side panels (detailing...).

Not a good location - the rear seat (and rear carpet) was installed by Fisher Body, long before the Chevy broadcast sheet even existed.
I've heard the drivers side gas tank top was another area to look at.

Not sure if it matters much, but this is a very late build '67 (July - can't remember the week).
So it sounds like dropping the tank might be worth a shot.
I've blindly "felt" under the front seats and didn't feel anything.
Is there a chance it could be behind the front-seat back?

You won't find one on the gas tank on a Norwood car, or in the front seat back (the front seats were installed by Fisher Body too).
John,
that leaves the question:
'Is there ANYWHERE on a Norwood car where there *might* be an accidentallly tucked build sheet??"
Exactly! Perhaps I need to phrase this differently.
In what locations has anyone (or you know of someone else) found the build sheet on a Norwood built car?
I'm particularly interested in a '67, but at this point I'll take whatever I can get!
This isn't a big deal for my car as it's not a high-option car (and the RS shows on the trim tag).
And I have the protect-o-plate that lists the door edge guards code!
Thanks again in advance for any info.
Your protecto plate lists 'door edge guards'??? that surprises me.... but I don't know much about '67 PTP...
Gary,
Those door edge guards are about all I got!
Here's a link to where the '67-'69 protecto codes reside on CRG (all the way near the bottom):

No. The statistical probability of finding a broadcast sheet on a Norwood car is zero.
thanks John. so there is no need to wish/hope.. or look. :)
my 69 z28 built 04D Van Nuys. When it was restored they found build sheet taped to gas tank
Are you saying no bodybroad cast sheets have been found in Norwood cars?

Yep
Have a friend that bought his 67 new. He showed me the broadcast sheet for it and said it was in the glove box.
It is a Norwood car.
