I think that's a name on it and 1 hash mark making it a grade 3.

Looks 5 to me. I see KSFC (a current bolt mfg) with a line on each side.

I agree it's a 5 now that I can see it better. I was on my brothers tablet and the picture was too little. They brought my laptop to this morning.
