6 cylinder trim tags

Did the trim tags on a 69 6 cylinder car have 12437 or 12337

The trim tag was not connected to 6 or 8 cylinder.  Only VIN reflected whether it was 6 or 8. The "4"  in 12437 was fixed at 4 for '69. The last two numbers told you if it was coupe or convertible. Read about it here

Thanks for the info.  I have a Camaro book that stated the trim tag should read 12337 for a 6 cylinder.  I thought that was incorrect.  problem solved.
