Bridgehampton Trans-Am coverage from my 7-12-69 issue of Competition Press & Autoweek.
Mark Donohue started from the back of the pack in Bucknum's #9 car and finished in second.
Notice the first two rows are the factory Boss 302s. Very impressive performance by Mark.

Fred, yes there are some legendary names in that Paul Revere race as well as other Nascar GT events.

This snippet from Chris Economaki's column shows that Penske was really feeling the pressure to win the
'69 series. Not only from his own personal desire but I'm sure Chevrolet was applying some heat as well.
